Pop-up Dinner - Birds on the Loose - Posh fish pop-up in Staithes
Sue Nelson, Yorkshire Food Finder founder and Yorkshire Food Hero 2016 has teamed-up with Gilly Robinson, private chef and head tutor at Malton Cookery School to cook great food in interesting places around Yorkshire.
For four days only, August 17th - 20th, Birds on the Loose will be in residence at the Endeavour in Staithes where they will be offering a posh fish pop-up with meat and vegetarian options too.
Three course dinners priced at £45.00 will be served on August 17th, 18th and 19th. Lunch costing £15.00 - including a takeaway option at £12.50 - is to be served on the 18th and 19th with the works at a brunch on offer for £18.00 available on SundayAugust 20th.
The fish taking centre stage will be locally caught and landed. But, the menu will be flexible as we don't yet know what will be landed. We do, however need to know if there are allergens you have to avoid and also whether anyone in your party doesn't eat fish and seafood or is vegetarian.
Booking is easy, just click onto the link to the day you would like and indicate the time you would like to eat (lunch between noon and 2.00pm) and/or dinner between 7.00pm and last orders by 9.00pm. All we need now is a £5.00 deposit per person to reserve your place at the table.
