Pop-up Dinner - Put pork on your fork
Loose Birds - Yorkshire Food Hero 2016 and founder of Yorkshire Food Finder Sue Nelson; and, acclaimed private chef and head tutor at Malton Cookery School Gilly Robinson invite you to join them for a celebration of Yorkshire's finest produce at Peter Mawson's High Farndale farm.
Taking centre stage will be the wonderful pork from Peter's slow-growing and genuinely free range British Saddleback pigs. The taste is just pork as it should always be. Say goodbye to limp pork from the intensively reared pigs at the heart of the supermarket offer.
Complementing the 24-hour slow cooked shoulder and main course accompaniments prepared by Sue will be a starter and dessert created by Gilly with ingredients from Yorkshire's abundant larder.
Rounding of the evening is the Yorkshire Food Finder signature cheese board with exclusively Yorkshire cheese made exclusively from Yorkshire milk. Help yourself for a great taste of Yorkshire experience before tea and coffee round off the evening.
