Gourmet dinners to showcase the best of Yorkshire's glorious food and more
For a dinner to remember, join Sue Nelson, Yorkshire’s gourmand on the go, for her Kitchen Social gourmet dinners in Yorkshire Food Finder’s stunning and spacious kitchen dining space near York.
Each dinner showcases Yorkshire produce sourced from as many as 31 brilliant artisan food producers through a five-course feast. Selected dates are available for booking on-line or we can create a bespoke lunch or dinner on a date to suit you.
Sue follows the seasons and can tailor the menu taking account of food likes and dislikes, known food allergens with Gluten-free and vegetarian options available. We don’t have a licence, so bring your own bottles of whatever you fancy.
We’ve had brilliant feedback from family, friends and workplace groups alike. Be the first to book six palaces or more and the table is for your exclusive use. Otherwise share our table with like-minded food lovers. We can seat up to 12, although ten works best. Alternatively, join Sue and her friend Gilly for a Birds on the Loose supper club event (www.birdsontheloose.com). Or, perhaps for a larger group and if the venue is suitable, we can come to you.
Sue also offers day-time Kitchen Social skills-based events, led by an expert, at which lunch, featuring the produce of the day, is prepared by Sue Nelson. Mostly, these Kitchen Social teach-ins provide an opportunity to get hands-on and always allow you time to browse Sue Nelson’s eclectic collection of nearly 1,600 cookery books. These too can be arranged on dates to suit your group if four to eight places are booked.
Call us on 01904 448439 to discuss how we can create a private dining experience or skills based course for you and your guests.
