Food Trail - A Tour de Yorkshire Feast - A Kitchen Social event -
A specially themed informal and fun Kitchen Social featuring a five course dinner menu devised by DSur Nelson, Yorkshire Food Finder founder and self taught chef to showcase the delights of Yorkshire's seasonal larder. In particular making use of ingredients to be found along the route of the third Tour de Yorkshire.
Over quirky canapes meet your fellow guests and browse the more than 1,400 cookery books collected by Sue Nelso, over more than 30 years.
As you take your seats for dinner in Yorkshire Food Finder's stunning kitchen-dining space, you can be sure of a starter that delights in the flavours of spring and a main course that combines ingredients at their prime as the Tour de Yorkshire excites the county. The dessert that follows will amuse with a three-way celebtation of the season before, if you have room, the Yorkshre cheeseboard is served. But don't rush away as you finish with coffee served with decadent sweets hand-made by the Flat Cap Cook.
