Food Trail - Buds of May -
May sees the Yorkshire countryside looking its best with the promise of summer to come, but first Sue Nelson invites you to celebrate the springtime Yorkshire larder. One thing is certain, the five course menu will feature the finest Yorkshire asparagus. Looking out to sea, the catch of the day from the Yorkshire coast may feature. So to might new season's lamb or better still hogget. As for dessert, it's hoped that the first Yorkshire strawberries will have been harvested.
Our five-course Buds of may pop-up dinner is served in Yorkshire Food Finder's stunning dining-kitchen space with its library of 1,600 cookery books which you are free to browse.
Kitchen Social events never have more than 12 guests and if you are the first to book six or more places, you will have exclusive use of the table for the evening as we will sell no further tickets.
