Food Trail - Spring into spring -
A specially themed informal and fun Kitchen Social featuring a five course dinner menu devised by Sue Nelson, Yorkshire Food Finder's founder and self-taught chef to showcase the delights of Yorkshire's abundant seasonal larder.
Over delightful canapes meet your fellow guests and browse the more than 1,400 cookery books collected by Sue Nelson over more than 30 years.
First up when you take your seats for dinner will be a dish that really speaks of the season - perhaps showcasing wild garlic or the very first asparagus from God's own county. For your main course we will be springing into spring with Yorkshire's finest ingredients skilfully combined to celebrate our abundant larder. The dessert that follows will celebrate spring in every mouthful. If you have room, indulge in a Yorkshire cheeseboard. But don't rush away as you finish with coffee served with decadent sweets hand-made by Sue.
As Yorkshire Food Finder doesn't have a liquor licence it's a case of bring your own
